TÜV Rheinland issued two certification certificates, 2PfG 2962 and 2PfG 1940, to SUNKEAN Cable Co., Ltd. at the 2024 Shanghai SNEC Photovoltaic Festival, which shows that SUNKEAN's offshore drifting cables and AC cable products meet the standards in terms of safety and reliability, and the product quality is at the forefront of the industry.

In 2022, SUNKEAN Cable stood out from the fierce competition and won the 2022 "Quality Wins China" Photovoltaic Cable Award for Photovoltaic Components (PV Component) at the TÜV Rheinland Quality Wins China Photovoltaic Festival.
In 2023, during the SNEC exhibition, SUNKEAN obtained the world's first floating photovoltaic cable 2PfG 2750 certification certificate issued by TÜV Rheinland.
In 2024, during the SNEC exhibition, TÜV Rheinland once again issued the world's first offshore floating photovoltaic cable 2PfG 2962 standard certification certificate to Sanjun. In addition to 2PfG 2962, the SNEC exhibition also issued a 2PfG 1940 certification certificate for AC cables for renewable energy systems. The certificate proves that SUNKEAN AC cables strictly comply with the impedance, capacitance and inductance standards, and can minimize power loss and maintain power quality throughout the transmission and distribution process.
Cross-border charging field continues quality connection
While specializing in the photovoltaic field, SUNKEAN continues to invest and output to expand the development of the new energy field. In-depth into the field of energy storage and charging cables, with the unremitting efforts of the technical team, we have won the EN50620 and IEC62893 certification standards for new energy electric vehicle charging cables (IEC62893-3 is equivalent to EN50620).
Against the background of increasingly prominent global environmental issues, countries have promoted the development of new energy vehicles, and the quality and quality of related products and their components have also become one of the most concerned issues for consumers. Electric vehicle charging cables, we can figuratively call them "charging gun cables" or "charging pile cables" according to the usage scenarios. They are generally used in charging stations, parking lots, hotels, communities, garages and other areas. Electric vehicle charging cables are used to connect electric vehicle charging devices and charging infrastructure to transmit power to electric vehicles. And equipped with a certain number of signal lines, control lines, power auxiliary lines, etc., to ensure precise control and safe operation of the entire charging process.
In addition to conventional cable test items (such as elongation, withstand voltage, temperature rise, hot and cold shock, combustion, vertical combustion, etc.), European standard charging cables adhere to the high requirements of European green environmental protection; including testing procedures such as swing tests with low pass rates. SUNKEAN charging cables use soft and wear-resistant sheath materials such as TPU, and pass all test items in sequence to ensure that the cables are not easy to break and have excellent quality.
